Dr. Khan’s laboratories have a large modern space, located at Sir Jagodish Chandra Bose Academic Building on the Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) campus. These modern laboratories are well equipped with an advanced analytical instrumentation and microfabrication tools. These include modern electrochemical (voltammetric, galvanostats, impedance) analyzers, potentiometric analyzers, numerous electrodes system, Double beam UV-vis spectrophotometer, small equipment (pH meters, DI water plant, power supplies, balances, refrigerators, centrifuge, ovens, etc.), two full-sized hoods and normal glassware. In addition to our own resources, we have direct access to cutting edge facilities like scanning electron-microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), Inductively coupled plasma – optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), RT-PCR, Genome Sequencer etc. through CSIRL and Genome Center of JUST.
